• Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)

• Visual Testing (VT)

• Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD)

All services will be provided in accordance with applicable industry standards and certifications.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on project scope, location, access conditions, and required safety measures.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe and timely access to the work site

• Supply accurate information regarding the work scope

• Ensure that tested areas are properly prepared and accessible

• Comply with health and safety regulations during our presence on site

5. Service Delivery

We strive to complete all work within agreed timelines. However, delivery may be impacted by site conditions, access restrictions, or unforeseen hazards. We will promptly communicate any delays.

6. Inspection Reports

All test results and reports are provided solely for the use of the client. Reports must not be altered or misrepresented. We are not liable for consequences resulting from misuse or misinterpretation of the data.

7. Liability & Limitations

We will exercise due care in the performance of our services. However, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including business interruption or loss of profit.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and reports as confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.

9. Cancellation & Postponement

Cancellation or postponement of services with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to cancellation fees. Mobilization and preparation costs already incurred will be billed accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].

11. Amendments
